How to Find Your Sprayer's Model Number

What causes this: Most troubleshooting steps, parts, and warranty coverage are specific to your sprayer model, so the model number is the first thing we need. Customers often cannot find it, or find a molded code that is not the model number.

How to fix it:

1. Check the sticker or label on the tank or the pump. The model number is usually letters and numbers like DXSP190681 or CMXCAFG190788, or a six-digit number such as 190723.
2. Check the front cover of your instruction manual. Most FGI manuals print the model number (for example, MODEL #: 190803) on the first page.
3. Check your order confirmation or receipt from the store or website where you bought the sprayer. The model number is usually in the product name.
4. If all you can find is a short code molded into the tank plastic (something like R20S16), that is a manufacturing code, not the model number. It is still useful: include it when you contact us, along with photos of your sprayer, and we can identify your model from it. (See: What Photos to Send When You Need Help with Your Sprayer)
