Nozzle Tip Leaks, Poor Spray Pattern, or Partial/Complete Stoppage (190762)

Applies to: Lesco Pest Control Sprayer (Model 190762)

What causes this: The spray extension or nozzle may be clogged, the soft seat gasket or seat stem on the shut-off may be damaged or dirty, the filters or mesh strainer may be dirty or clogged, or the nozzle tip may be dirty or clogged.

How to fix it:

1. Remove the nozzle and clean as described in the Nozzle Maintenance section.
2. Clean the end of the seat stem, clean the soft seat gasket, and replace the valve spring for the shut-off.
3. Clean the filters or mesh strainer.
4. Clean the nozzle tip with a soft brush.
5. Reassemble and test.
