What Is the Warranty on My HDX Sprayer?

What causes this: HDX sprayers are manufactured under license by The Fountainhead Group, Inc., so the sprayer warranty is an FGI warranty. The warranty period below comes directly from the instruction manual packed with each model.

How to fix it:

1. HDX Deck & Bleach 2 Gallon Sprayer (manual 186143): one (1) year from the date of shipment. FGI warrants that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year.
2. For other HDX models, the warranty period is stated in the instruction manual that came with your sprayer. If you no longer have it, call 1-800-311-9903 and we will confirm your coverage.
3. To start a claim, call 1-800-311-9903 or email info@thefgi.com. FGI will repair or replace any part found to be defective upon examination.
4. Have your proof of purchase ready. FGI may require the product to be returned with proof of purchase to establish the claim, and shipping costs are paid by the customer.

What the warranty does not cover: damage or defects from transportation, storage, maintenance, improper use, negligence, accident, normal wear, alterations, or any use not in accordance with the instruction manual. Wearable parts are not covered. Repairing or replacing the product does not extend the warranty period.
