What Is the Warranty on My Grab & Go Sprayer?

What causes this: Grab & Go sprayers are made by The Fountainhead Group, Inc. The warranty period below comes directly from the instruction manual packed with each sprayer.

How to fix it:

1. Grab & Go sprayers (manual 186210): one (1) year from the date of purchase. FGI warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
2. For other Grab & Go models, the warranty period is stated in the instruction manual that came with your sprayer. If you no longer have it, call 1-800-311-9903 and we will confirm your coverage.
3. To start a claim, call 1-800-311-9903 or email info@thefgi.com. FGI will repair or replace any part found to be defective upon examination.
4. Have your proof of purchase ready. FGI may require the product to be returned with proof of purchase to establish the claim, and shipping costs are paid by the customer.

What the warranty does not cover: damage or defects from transportation, storage, maintenance, improper use, negligence, accident, normal wear, alterations, or any use not in accordance with the instruction manual. Wearable parts are not covered. Repairing or replacing the product does not extend the warranty period.
