What causes this: Dirt or debris is in the shut-off valve.
How to fix it:
- Replace the shut-off assembly, or clean the shut-off valve by removing any dirt or debris.
- See the Shut-off Maintenance section of your owner's manual for detailed instructions.
- After servicing, test with clean water to confirm the drip has stopped.
