Sprayer Will Not Build Pressure (DXSP190652)

Applies to: DEWALT 4 Gallon Internal Piston Pump Backpack Sprayer (Model DXSP190652)

What causes this: The pressure chamber is not properly installed, the pump or chamber O-rings are dirty/damaged/worn, or the poppet in the pump is dirty.

How to fix it:

1. Install the pressure chamber correctly. See Pressure Chamber Maintenance section.
2. Clean and lubricate the pump and chamber O-rings, or replace them. See Seal Servicing section.
3. Clean the sprayer to remove buildup from the poppet. See Cleaning section.
