Nozzle Tip Leaks, Poor Spray Pattern, Partial Spray or Complete Stoppage (DXSP190612)

Applies to: DEWALT 2 Gallon Manual Pump Sprayer (Model DXSP190612)

 

What causes this: A missing or damaged nozzle seal, a clogged wand or nozzle, or a clogged shut-off filter.

 

How to fix it:

  1. Replace the nozzle seal at the end of the wand.
  2. Remove and clean the wand and nozzle.
  3. Remove the shut-off hose and clean the filter.
