Poor Spray Pattern (DXSP190786)

Applies to: DEWALT 2 Gallon 20V Lithium-ion Powered Sprayer (Model DXSP190786)

What causes this: The nozzle may be partially clogged or damaged, the tank may not be pressurized, or the shut-off may be clogged.

How to fix it:

1. Clean the nozzle. Remove and disassemble, rinse openings with clean water. Do not use sharp tools.
2. If cleaning does not restore the spray pattern, replace the nozzle.
3. Ensure the compressor is turned on and allow at least 20 seconds for the tank to pressurize.
4. Clean the shut-off assembly. See Shut-off Assembly Maintenance.
5. Reassemble and test spray pattern.
