Pump Zero Backpack Sprayer Does Not Turn On

What causes this: The power wand sprayer is not charged, or it has overheated and shut itself down.

How to fix it:

1. Charge the power wand sprayer. Plug the charger into a working outlet and insert the USB-C cord into the charging port above the power button.
2. Charging is complete when the green light stays on continuously.
3. If the sprayer was just used heavily, let it cool to room temperature and try again.
4. Charge the sprayer at least once every 3 months when it is not in use.
