Pump Zero Backpack Sprayer Does Not Charge

What causes this: The charger is not plugged in, the outlet is damaged, or the surrounding air temperature is outside the safe charging range.

How to fix it:

1. Plug the charger into a working outlet. Test the outlet with a lamp or other appliance.
2. Check that the outlet is not controlled by a light switch that is turned off.
3. Move the sprayer to a location between 40 F (4.5 C) and 104 F (40 C).
4. If the red light keeps blinking, the battery is too hot to charge safely. Let the sprayer cool.
5. If the red and green lights blink alternately, the sprayer cannot be charged. Replace the power wand sprayer.
