What causes this: The nozzle seal is missing or incorrectly assembled.
How to fix it:
1. Remove the nozzle from the wand.
2. Check that the nozzle seal is present and in good condition.
3. Re-assemble the nozzle and seal to the wand, ensuring correct alignment.
4. Tighten securely.
5. Test by pressurizing the tank and spraying.
