Battery Pack Will Not Charge (DXSP190786)

Applies to: DEWALT 2 Gallon 20V Lithium-ion Powered Sprayer (Model DXSP190786)

What causes this: The charger may not be plugged in, the outlet may not be working, the charger or battery pack may be damaged, or the battery temperature may be too high for safe charging.

How to fix it:

1. If no lights are illuminated on the charger, plug it into a working outlet.
2. If still no lights, verify the outlet is functioning with another device.
3. If the outlet works but the charger shows no lights with a functioning battery inserted, replace the charger.
4. If lights still do not illuminate with a working charger and outlet, replace the battery pack.
5. If the red light blinks with a yellow indicator illuminated, the battery is too hot to charge; allow it to cool and charging will resume automatically.
6. If red and green lights flash alternately on the compressor (battery cannot be charged), replace the battery pack.
