Power Wand Sprayer Does Not Turn On

Applies to: 2 Gallon Lithium-ion Power Wand Tank Sprayer. The same sprayer is sold as CRAFTSMAN (CMXCAFG190788), Scotts (190803), and Roundup (190789).

What causes this: The power wand sprayer may not be charged or may have overheated from extended use.

How to fix it:

1. Confirm the sprayer is charged. If the battery is depleted, charge the power wand sprayer using the supplied USB-C cable and adapter. See Charging the Power Wand Sprayer.
2. If the sprayer has been in continuous use, allow it to cool before attempting to turn it back on.
3. If the sprayer still will not turn on after charging and cooling, contact The Fountainhead Group at 1-800-311-9903.
