Battery Pack Does Not Charge (190723)

Applies to: Lesco S2E-V 2 Gallon Lithium-ion Variable-Flow Backpack Sprayer (Model 190723)

What causes this: The battery may not be inserted into the charger, the charger may not be plugged in, the ambient temperature may be out of range, the charger may be damaged, the battery temperature may be too high (red blinking LED), or the battery cannot be charged (alternating red and green LEDs).

How to fix it:

1. Insert the battery pack into the charger until the LED illuminates.
2. Plug the charger into a known-working outlet. Confirm the outlet is functioning.
3. Move the battery to an environment between 40 degrees F (4.5 degrees C) and 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).
4. If no lights illuminate on a working outlet, replace the charger.
5. If a red light is on with no green light (charger cannot recognize battery), replace the battery.
6. If the red light continues blinking (battery too hot), allow the battery to cool.
7. If red and green lights blink alternately (battery cannot be charged), replace the battery.
