Nozzle Leaks When the Shut-Off Is Closed

Applies to: FGI 1-gallon, 2-gallon, and 3-gallon Manual Pump Sprayer (Models 186210 Grab & Go and 186568 Estate Premium Lawn Care). Same chassis sold under both brands.

What causes this: Dirt or debris is stuck in the shut-off valve, preventing it from closing fully.

How to fix it:

1. Release pressure from the tank.
2. Disassemble the shut-off valve.
3. Inspect all internal components for dirt, debris, or wear.
4. Clean components with warm water. Lubricate moving parts as needed.
5. Reassemble. If leaking continues, replace the shut-off valve.
