Bad Spray Pattern or Low Spray Volume

Applies to: FGI 1-gallon, 2-gallon, and 3-gallon Manual Pump Sprayer (Models 186210 Grab & Go and 186568 Estate Premium Lawn Care). Same chassis sold under both brands.

What causes this: The nozzle or the dip tube filter is clogged.

How to fix it:

1. Release pressure from the tank by pulling up on the pressure release valve.
2. Remove the nozzle from the wand. Inspect for debris or buildup.
3. Soak the nozzle in warm water for 15 to 20 minutes, then flush with clean water.
4. Inspect the dip tube filter inside the tank. Clean or replace if clogged.
5. Reassemble and test. If the issue persists, replace the nozzle.
