Sprayer Is Difficult to Pump

Applies to: FGI 1-gallon, 2-gallon, and 3-gallon Manual Pump Sprayer (Models 186210 Grab & Go and 186568 Estate Premium Lawn Care). Same chassis sold under both brands.

What causes this: The pump piston O-ring is damaged or needs lubrication.

How to fix it:

1. Release pressure from the tank.
2. Remove the pump assembly from the tank.
3. Inspect the pump piston O-ring.
4. If the O-ring looks dry, apply petroleum jelly to lubricate it.
5. If the O-ring is cracked, worn, or damaged, replace it.
6. Reinstall the pump and test.
