Battery Will Not Charge (CMXCAFG190682)

What causes this: The charger may not be receiving power, the charger may be defective, the battery may need replacement, or the battery temperature may be too high for safe charging.

How to fix it:

1. If no lights are illuminated on the charger, ensure it is plugged into a working outlet.
2. If the charger is plugged in but no lights illuminate, check that the outlet is functioning by testing with another device.
3. If the outlet is functioning but no lights illuminate on the charger, replace the charger.
4. If the outlet is functioning and a new or known-functioning battery is inserted but no lights illuminate, replace the battery.
5. If the green light is blinking on the charger but a red indicator light is also illuminated, the battery temperature is too high for safe charging. Allow the battery to cool before charging.
