Bad Spray Pattern or Low Spray Volume (190770 / 190807)

Applies to: HDX Bleach and Deck Sprayer (Models 190770 and 190807)

What causes this: The nozzle or dip tube filter is clogged.

How to fix it:

1. Release all pressure from the tank.
2. Unscrew the cap nut from the wand and remove the nozzle and nozzle flat seal.
3. Remove the dip tube filter from the end of the dip tube.
4. Clean the nozzle and dip tube filter with clean water. Do not use sharp tools.
5. Reassemble, re-pressurize the tank, and test the spray pattern.
6. If the spray pattern is still poor after cleaning, replace the nozzle.
