Nozzle Tip Leaks (190770 / 190807)

Applies to: HDX Bleach and Deck Sprayer (Models 190770 and 190807)

What causes this: The nozzle seal is missing or incorrectly assembled.

How to fix it:

1. Release all pressure from the tank.
2. Unscrew the cap nut from the wand.
3. Remove the nozzle and inspect for the nozzle flat seal (Part J).
4. Re-install the nozzle flat seal into the cap nut, then install the nozzle.
5. Screw the cap nut back onto the end of the wand.
6. Test with plain water before using with chemicals.
