Nozzle Tip Leaks or Poor Spray Pattern (183078)

Applies to: Professional 2 Gal Manual Pump Sprayer (Manual No. 183078)

What causes this: The flat seal is missing or damaged, or the spray extension or nozzle is clogged.

How to fix it:

1. Release all pressure from the tank.
2. Unscrew the nozzle and inspect the flat seal at the extension tip.
3. If the flat seal is missing or damaged, replace it using Kit #9.
4. Remove the nozzle and clean it with clean water as described in the Nozzle Maintenance section.
5. Reassemble and test with clean water before using with chemicals.
