Battery Will Not Charge (DXSP190681)

Applies to: DEWALT 4 Gallon Lithium-ion Powered Backpack Sprayer (Model DXSP190681)

What causes this: The battery is not fully seated in the charger, the charger is unplugged, the outlet is not working, the surrounding temperature is too hot or too cold, or the charger or battery is faulty.

How to fix it:

1. Insert the battery pack into the charger until the red (charging) light illuminates.
2. Plug the charger into a working outlet and verify the outlet is functioning.
3. Move the battery pack to an area between 40°F (4.5°C) and 104°F (40°C).
4. If the charger still shows no lights with a known-good battery, replace the charger.
5. If the charger works with other batteries but not this one, replace the battery.
