Sprayer Leaks at the Hose Connection

Applies to: Smith Performance S103EX Stainless Steel Compression Sprayer (Model 190468), acetone compatible

What causes this: The hose clamp may be loose, the hose may be cracked, or the O-ring at the fitting may be worn.

How to fix it:

1. Depressurize the tank first.
2. Check and tighten the hose clamps at both the tank and shut-off connections.
3. Inspect the hose for cracks, swelling, or damage. Replace if needed.
4. Inspect and replace the O-ring at the hose fitting if worn or missing.
5. Test all connections with water before using with chemicals.
