M200AT Dripless Shut-Off Leaks

Applies to: Smith Performance M200AT Dripless Acetone Sprayer (Model 190485), acetone compatible with dripless valve

What causes this: The dripless valve relies on Viton seals that can become fouled with residue or degrade from repeated chemical exposure.

How to fix it:

1. Depressurize the tank.
2. Unscrew and disassemble the dripless shut-off valve.
3. Rinse all parts with clean water, inspect seals and seats for wear or damage.
4. Replace seals using the M200AT Shut-Off Repair Kit (Viton, acetone-compatible).
5. Reassemble, then test with clean water to confirm no drip at release.
