M200AT Pressure Relief Valve Leaks

Applies to: Smith Performance M200AT Dripless Acetone Sprayer (Model 190485), acetone compatible with dripless valve

What causes this: Debris or chemical residue may prevent the pressure relief valve from seating, or the seal may be damaged.

How to fix it:

1. Depressurize the tank fully.
2. Remove the pressure relief valve and rinse with water.
3. Inspect the seal and seat. Clean gently or replace the valve if damaged.
4. Reinstall and verify proper operation under pressure with water.
5. Replace the valve if the leak persists.
