Nozzle Tip Leaks or Poor Spray Pattern (Smith S103E)

Applies to: Smith Performance S103E Stainless Steel Compression Sprayer (Model 190448)

What causes this: The spray extension or nozzle is clogged, or the nozzle tip is dirty or clogged.

How to fix it:

1. Depressurize the sprayer first.
2. Remove the nozzle and clean as described in the Nozzle Maintenance section.
3. Clean the nozzle tip with a soft brush. Do not use sharp tools that could damage the tip.
4. Reassemble and test the spray pattern with water.
