M200EP Pressure Relief Valve Leaks

Applies to: Smith Performance M200EP Multi-Purpose Acetone Sprayer (Model 190492), acetone compatible

What causes this: Debris or chemical residue may prevent the valve from seating, or the seal may be damaged.

How to fix it:

1. Depressurize the tank fully.
2. Remove the pressure relief valve and rinse with clean water.
3. Inspect the seal and seat for damage. Clean gently.
4. Replace the pressure relief valve if damaged.
5. Reinstall and test by pressurizing with water.
