M200AT Sprayer Will Not Build Pressure

Applies to: Smith Performance M200AT Dripless Acetone Sprayer (Model 190485), acetone compatible with dripless valve

What causes this: The pump cup may need lubrication, O-rings may be worn, or hose connections may be loose.

How to fix it:

1. Lubricate the pump cup with the included silicone oil and pump several strokes to distribute.
2. Inspect and replace the pump cup using Smith Performance Pump Repair Kit (acetone-compatible).
3. Inspect all O-rings and replace any that are cracked, missing, or deformed.
4. Tighten hose clamps and pump connections.
5. Test by pumping 20 to 25 strokes with tank half full of water.
