M200AT Pump Leaks

Applies to: Smith Performance M200AT Dripless Acetone Sprayer (Model 190485), acetone compatible with dripless valve

What causes this: The pump cup or O-rings may be worn, or the pump barrel may be cracked.

How to fix it:

1. Depressurize the tank via the pressure relief valve.
2. Unscrew the pump and inspect the pump cup and O-rings.
3. Replace worn parts using the acetone-compatible Pump Repair Kit.
4. Inspect the pump barrel for cracks. Replace the pump if cracked.
5. Reassemble and test with water before use.
