M200AT Hose Leaks

Applies to: Smith Performance M200AT Dripless Acetone Sprayer (Model 190485), acetone compatible with dripless valve

What causes this: Hose clamps may be loose, the hose may be cracked or swollen, or the O-ring may be worn.

How to fix it:

1. Depressurize the tank first.
2. Tighten hose clamps at both ends.
3. Inspect the hose for cracks, swelling, or damage. Replace with acetone-compatible hose if needed.
4. Replace the O-ring at the hose fitting if worn.
5. Test with water before using chemicals.
