M200AT Tank Leaks

Applies to: Smith Performance M200AT Dripless Acetone Sprayer (Model 190485), acetone compatible with dripless valve

What causes this: The tank cap may not be fully seated, the cap gasket may be worn, or the tank may be cracked.

How to fix it:

1. Depressurize the tank.
2. Ensure the cap is fully threaded and tightened.
3. Inspect the cap gasket for cracks or tears; replace if damaged.
4. Inspect the tank for cracks or punctures. Replace the tank if damaged.
5. Test with clean water before using chemicals.
